Iam getting wrinkles frequently on my face. Iam taking vitamin D 4000iu for my hair growth daily.My hair is very thin and not growing properly. I'm 36 year old female. What can I improve in my diet for hair growth

So take proteinicious diet. -Low iron = hair shedding + dull skin + early wrinkles.
