– firstly understand Hair is made of protein (keratin). If protein intake is low, hair becomes thin and slow-growing. So take proteinicious diet. -Low iron = hair shedding + dull skin + early wrinkles. So add iron food with vitamin c for early absorption. — do testing: B12 Zinc Thyroid (TSH) Iron Vt.D — diet plan -Morning: Soaked almonds + walnuts 2 eggs OR paneer/tofu Fruit -Lunch: Dal or chickpeas 1 cup curd Vegetable Roti or rice -Evening: Pumpkin seeds / roasted chana -Dinner: Protein source again (very important) Cooked vegetables Small portion carbs –Internal Medicines 1)Ashwagandha Churna – 3 gm with warm milk at night 2)Amalaki Churna – 3 gm morning empty stomach 3)Bhringrajasava – 15 ml + equal water after meals (BD) —External Bhringraj Taila – scalp massage 2–3×/week Kumkumadi Tailam – apply at night on face — follow up after 15 days with reports
