Start with Chyavanprash 1 tsp twice daily before food with water. Bananas are good, as it helps to form stron bones. This will give overall growth of the body. Height also depends on genetic, daughter can reach to father’s height. Do stretching exercises, physical activities that requires more of legs activity, like Playing volleyball, basketball, swimming, cycling, running… For B12 Give fermented foods like idli, dosa, Preparation that has yeast. Curds, sprouts, mushroom, If non-vegetarian, then Getting Vitamin B12 is easy. For hair growth,: Chyavanprash already has amla which is good for hair Apply Neelibhringadi Hair oil on scalp twice weekly keep overnight and morning wash with mild herbal shampoo.
