HELLO, If you’ve been using vedix products for 3 months and still not seeing length growth, don’t worry- Hair growth depends on many internal factors, not just oil or shampoo. Since you mentioned dry, damaged hair + moderate stress WHY HAIR MAY NOT BE GROWING 1) Vata imbalance-> causes dryness and slow growth 2) Stress-> increases hair fall phase 3) Weak digestion-> poor nutrient absorption 4) Only external products won’t work if internal nourishment is low WHAT TO DO FOR FASTER HAIR GROWTH IMPROVE INTERNAL NUTRITION -take 1 tsp Amla powder with warm water daily -Eat soaked almonds 5 + black raisins 7-8 every morning -Add ghee 1 tsp in lunch for nourishment REDUCE STRESS (very important) -practice 10 min Anulom vilom pranayam daily -sleep before 11 pm -avoid overthinking at night WEEKLY HAIR OIL ROUTINE -warm bringaraj oil or coconut oil -massage gently for 10 min -leave overnight, wash next morning -do 2-3 times weekly FOR DRY AND DAMAGED HAIR -Apply homemade mask -curd + amla powder + few drops coconut oil once weekly Hair growth cycle takes 4-6 months minimum to show visible growth Normal growth is only 1-1.5 cm per month- no product can make it grow very fast If stress is moderate regularly , that is likely the main reason. Control stress-> growth improves naturally DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU

Hair growth is dependent on multiple factors dear. Please do blood checks for Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Serum Ferritin (iron), thyroid profile (TSH), levels, along with HB. External therapies should be combined with root cause correction. So please reach out with these reports and a proper history and personalised diet discussion, menstrual history is needed. In the meantime take * Amalaki rasayan vati 1 tab twice daily after food * Karimbirumbadi kashaya 15 ml twice daily before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water * Kaisora guggulu 2 tablet twice daily before food And draksharishta 30 ml twice daily after food *Malatyadi kera as hair oil twice a week after gently warming the oil and massage on scalp following a hot towel for 10 minutes Use a mild shampoo only. This prescription focusses on rejuvenation therapy and you might notice slight change in hair health. But doing the above mentioned tests are necessary for a permanent solution Avoid spicy salty sour food fermented foods biscuit bread pizza pasta achar papad etc. increase intake of protein and good fats. Will provide you with a personalized diet plan based on your reports once you reach out

Hair growth depends on multiple factors — scalp health, hair follicle strength, nutrition, and overall stress levels. Using Vedix or any topical product for 3 months may improve scalp nourishment, but visible lengthening can take longer, often 6–12 months, especially if hair is dry, damaged, or follicles are weak. Other important factors to consider: • Nutrition – Adequate protein, iron, zinc, and vitamins support follicle activity • Stress management – Chronic stress can slow hair growth and increase shedding • Scalp care – Regular gentle massage, avoiding harsh heat or chemical treatments, and improving scalp circulation • Hair breakage prevention – Using mild shampoo, conditioner, and protective hairstyles to prevent damage Since your hair is dry and damaged, a combination of internal nourishment (diet or herbal support), topical care, and stress management usually gives better results. A personal consultation can assess your hair type, scalp condition, and constitution to create a tailored plan that helps strengthen follicles and improve growth safely and effectively.
