For osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, you can start with Laxadi guggul 1-0-1 after food with water Astiposhak tablet 1 -0-0 after food with water Massage full body with sesame oil during winter season and coconut oil/ olive oil during summer season and expose yourself to Sun rays during sunrise and sunset time.
