Late Night Hunger and Morning Digestive Issues - #50873

Bcoz of late night sleeping- i start feeling hungry around 2 am But still i don't eat anything.So in the morning when i wake up around 10 am i experience loose motion once with burning in the anus.I don't feel hungry in the morning.On eating breakfast i feel heaviness & bloating.Bloating remains throughout the day.Is it bcoz of acidity but i don't feel any heartburn.Also i have acne problem.Pls advice any medicine for my acidity.

Hello, Your symptoms can be caused due to a variety of symptoms dear, including due to stress and disturbance to your circadian rhythm due to the habitual late sleeping. Also it is important to do an FBS and ppbs test to rule out any chance of diabetes. If you Re already diabetic go for an HBA1C and cpeptide test also. Keeping that aside the primary cause to your issues from an ayurvedic perspective is agni vaishamya. Your metabolism is not working how it is supposed to work. This can be triggered by all the above mentioned causes. If you can normalise your agni through medications you can get rid of your symptoms and then focus on the cause of your symptoms for complete relief. It’s okay to eat when you feel hungry. Even if it’s at night. But keep your late night snacks healthy, a handful of nuts is a healthy late night option. As for medicines Guduchyadi kashayam 15 ml twice daily before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water Dadimashtak choorna 3 gm+lasunadi vati 2 tab mixed together and taken with buttermilk after food will improve your agni. You can take hon Taking ghrta and lehya preparations are a second stage of treatment after your agni is brought back to normal. Once your appetite turns better you can start with bilwadi lehya 1tsp empty stomach and 1tsp at bedtime along with the same medications. You will observe significant relief. That being said go for the blood tests and reach out with reports. Avoid food cooked with excess spice,chilli , salt and oil, eat freshly prepared non fermented foods.
