Thank you for explaining clearly 🌿 Since this is more than 6 months, we should correct the root cause, not just suppress acidity. From your symptoms: Late night hunger (2 AM) Morning loose motion with anal burning No morning appetite Heaviness + bloating after breakfast Acne Worse with fried food This is not simple acidity. This looks like Pitta + Mandagni + disturbed gut rhythm (Irregular sleep → Agni imbalance → morning irritation). Late sleeping disturbs: Liver cycle (11 PM–3 AM) Pitta time Gut motility Hormonal balance → acne 🔎 What Is Happening? Late sleep → Pitta aggravation at night Empty stomach acid secretion at 2 AM → false hunger Morning bowel irritation → burning loose stool Weak digestion in morning → bloating Chronic gut heat → acne Even without heartburn, you can have “Pitta dominant digestive irritation”. 🌿 Treatment Plan (Safe & Practical) 🌅 Morning (Empty Stomach) Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp with lukewarm water (Reduces Pitta + regulates stool) OR Praval Pishti 250 mg + Giloy Satva 250 mg with honey (if burning more) 🍽 Before Breakfast 5–7 soaked raisins + 1 tsp ghee 🍛 After Meals (Twice Daily) Jeerakadyarishta 15 ml + equal water OR Hingwashtak churna ½ tsp after meals (if bloating more) 🌙 Night (Very Important) Stop eating after 9 PM Sleep before 11 PM (most important medicine) If hungry at 2 AM → take warm milk with small pinch turmeric before bed instead 🌿 For Acne (Pitta Control) Mahamanjishthadi kwath 15 ml twice daily OR Khadirarishta 15 ml twice daily Avoid: ❌ Fried food ❌ Curd at night ❌ Late night screen ❌ Excess tea/coffee 🚨 Very Important Correction Your main medicine is sleep correction. If you continue sleeping late, no medicine will give permanent relief. 🧘 7-Day Reset Plan Sleep by 10:45 PM Wake before 7 AM Drink warm water on waking Eat breakfast only when real hunger comes Lunch = main meal Light dinner before 9 PM 15 min evening walk daily.
