Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am mainly focused on treating gynecological disorders, skin problems, mental health issues, and lifestyle-related stuff like obesity. In womens health, I usually work with patients having menorrhagia, pcos, infertility and issues like dysmenorrhea or white discharge... not just giving herbs but really understanding the cycle pattern and emotional triggers. I take time with it—sometimes progress shows slow but meaningful. When it comes to skin diseases like acne vulgaris, psoriasis, eczema or just chronic itching, I try to find root cause whether it's pitta imbalance or some diet-aggravated toxins. Some cases improve fast, others take weeks to really respond... but I do keep tweaking things till we see that difference. Mental health is another area I deal with often. Patients with stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia—sometimes they don’t even talk much at first. But with the right nervine herbs, a calm routine, sleep support n slow lifestyle changes... things gradually shift. I’ve seen ppl who couldn’t sleep at all now message me that they got 6 hrs straight!! not kidding. And yaa, I do have interest in obesity and those tricky metabolic issues. There’s no one diet fits all. I make diet charts, yoga suggestions n practical changes that match their routine. Like some can’t workout, some skip breakfast, we adjust accordingly. Patients who follow even 60-70% of plan see results in 1-2 months. Nothing magical, just careful listening and building trust around what Ayurveda can actually do—without rushing or overpromising.
Achievements:
I am lucky to hv attended a bunch of good seminars & events that really shaped how I see chronic conditions now. Back in 2019, I was part of an international seminar on Integrated Approach to Autoimmune Disorders—held from 4th to 6 Aug, and it really opened my mind to ayurveda-immunology links!! Then in 2020 I got recognised as an Ayur Kovida by Alva’s Traditional Medicine Archive & Research Centre (felt nice). Also took part in a workshop on anticancer treatments in Ayurveda (Sept 5, 2022). Last one was in May 2023—an International Conf. on holistic & tech based therapies... good learning from all these.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor trained at one of the most reputed institutes (yeah, the kind that makes u sweat but also feel proud lol) where I completed my BAMS with 70%—not just numbers but real grind behind it. My focus during & after graduation has always been on treating the patient not just the disease, and honestly that philosophy keeps guiding me even now. I usually see anywhere around 50 to 60 patients a day, sometimes more if there's a health camp or local rush. It’s hectic, but I kinda thrive in that rhythm. What matters to me is not the number but going deep into each case—reading every complaint, understanding symptoms, prakriti, current state, season changes etc. and putting together a treatment that feels “right” for that person, not just for the condition. Like, I don’t do one-size-fits-all plans. I sit down, make case reports (yup, proper handwritten notes sometimes), observe small shifts, modify herbs, suggest diet tweaks, even plan rest patterns when needed. I find that holistic angle super powerful. And patients feel it too—some who come in dull n restless, over weeks show clarity, skin settles, energy kinda gets back... that makes the day worth it tbh. There’s no shortcut to trust, and i get that. Maybe that’s why patients keep referring their siblings or maa-papa too. Not bragging, but when people say things like “you actually listened” or “I felt heard”, it stays in the back of my mind even when I’m dog tired lol. My goal? Just to keep learning, treating honestly and evolving as per what each new case teaches me. Ayurveda isn’t static—it grows with u if u let it. I guess I’m just walking that path, one custom plan at a time.
