To address weight loss, late periods, and other concerns, we begin by considering your dosha balance and overall health status. Given your hemoglobin level at 10.5, maintaining optimal iron levels is crucial. Focus on iron-rich foods like pomegranate, spinach, and sesame seeds. As for your HbA1c level of 7.3, controlling blood sugar is vital. While specific medications should only be prescribed by a qualified practitioner after a detailed examination, incorporating herbs like methi (fenugreek) seeds soaked overnight can help regulate sugar levels. Consult your healthcare provider before making significant changes, especially with medication.

For thyroid levels, Ayurveda suggests kanchnar guggulu and ashvagandha to balance thyroid function naturally. Again, specialist advice from a trained Ayurvedic physician is essential before starting any herbal remedies. To tackle weight loss, focus on enhancing agni (digestive fire) with trikatu (a blend of pepper, long pepper, and ginger), which boosts metabolism. Regular activity such as brisk walking or yoga can support weight management.

Late periods might indicat vata imbalance. A warm glass of ajwain (carom seeds) tea can ease discomfort and regulate menstrual cycles. Consulting with an Ayurvedic expert will ensure these recommendations align with your prakriti (body constitution).

Considering potential pregnancy, ensure your approach is safe and complementary to your reproductive health. Balanced diet, regular monitoring of lab values, and personalized herbs can optimize your condition. Always collaborate with healthcare providers when contemplating pregnancy to prevent complications.

For addressing weight loss and the issue of late periods in the context of your overall health profile, we need to consider balancing your doshas and strengthening your agni. Given your elevated HbA1c level and thyroid function, I recommend focusing on a dietary and lifestyle regimen alongside potential herbal supports rather than a one-size-fits-all tablet.

1. Dietary changes: Include foods that boost metabolism and balance kapha dosha, such as barley, green leafy vegetables, and lentils. Avoid processed sugars and refined carbs; instead turn to whole grains and fresh fruits. Ginger tea can help boost digestion and support weight loss.

2. Herbs: For your blood sugar levels, consider the use of bitter melon (Momordica charantia). This can be taken as a juice or supplement to help regulate blood glucose. For thyroid and menstrual regularity, ashwagandha can be supportive. Take these in alignment with a qualified Ayurvedic practitione’s advice—this is crucial for matters like trying to conceive.

3. Exercise: A consistent, moderate exercise routine such as brisk walking or yoga tailored to your dosha type—ideally in the morning—can help regulate weight and improve menstrual health.

4. Late Periods & Fertility: Try including sesame seeds with jaggery in your diet around menstruation time to promote regular periods. Shatavari can nourish reproductive health but do seek a practitioner’s guidance.

Addressing late periods and potential metabolic imbalances involving thyroid and diabetes is multi-faceted. Please prioritize consultiing with an integrative health practitioner for specific dosha-focused assessments that align with your health objectives and any pregnancy plans.
