Persistent Dandruff and Early Greying Concerns - #50989
Hello Doctor, I am Vinod, 22 year old male and also a bams student I am experiencing persistent dandruff with itching and flaking, along with gradual hair greying. Recently observed too many grey hairs Some hairs of moustache and beard are turning brownish colour For history: I wash my hair every 2–3 days. To assess my scalp type, I did not apply hair oil after hair wash, and after 2 days, when I rubbed my scalp with my fingers, it felt slightly oily. I have tried multiple products, including Marichyadi taila, ketoconazole + zinc pyrithione shampoo, and salicylic acid shampoo, but my dandruff has not improved. Recently, I have applied Dhurdhurapatradi taila 3–4 times, but there has been no significant reduction in dandruff. I would like to consult regarding effective management, scalp type assessment, and possible underlying causes for persistent dandruff and greying. Thank you,
