—Early Morning Warm water Coconut water / lemon water ---- Breakfast Oats porridge / suji porridge/poha/ idli 1 fruit (papaya / apple) ---- Mid-Morning Easy to digest food Water ---- Lunch Plain rice or 2 chapati (without oil) Moong dal (thin) Boiled vegetables (lauki / pumpkin / carrot) Small bowl curd – Evening Coconut water / herbal tea Light snack (boiled potato / fruit) —Dinner Khichdi / soft chapati + boiled vegetables Warm water Important: -Drink 2.5–3 liters water daily -Avoid fried, oily, spicy food and alcohol -Take proper rest
