मैं महिला आयु 56 वर्ष है। मुझे हाई बीपी की समस्या है, गैस की भी समस्या है,गैस दिमाग में चढ़ जाती है,नब्ज़ भी बढ़ जाती है। अभी मोतियाबिंद का ऑपरेशन हुआ है। जिसकी अंग्रेजी दवाई चल रही है। आयुर्वेदिक इलाज बताएं जिससे मेरा हाई बीपी बिल्कुल ठीक हो जाए और गैस और pulse रेट भी ठीक हो जाए। डायट प्लान,परहेज और खुराक का नाम, मात्रा, समय अवधि सब हिंदी में बताएं
