Why am I unable to gain weight despite eating a lot? - #50999

I am a pitta, but very thin all my life. I eat a lot - more than the average person, what could be the reason that I'm unable to gain weight? I also tend to get iron deficiency.

your prakruti is define all thats think take shatavri churna with milk 5gm mixed and take night times do nasya with cow ghee 2 drop each nostril 2 times day take cow ghee 5 ml at empty stomch at morning tab livtone 2-0-2 after food avoid spicy food and also sugar
