Concerns about Uterine and Ovarian Cysts - #51008

Uterus: Anteverted uterus measuring 5.4X4.4 cm. Endometrial thickness measuring 10 mm and shows a well defined heterogenously hyperechoic soft tissue lesion within it meas. 22X12.6 mm in uterine fundus. Cervix is normal. • Right ovary: There is e/o few (Atleast two) thick walled heterogeneously hypoechoic cystic lesions are seen in the right ovary with internal septation and echoes with largest meas. 3.4X3.1 cm, another one meas. 3.2X2.7 cm. • Left Ovary: There is e/o a thin wall anechoic cystic lesion seen & is meas. approx. 3.1X3 cm. • Cervix: Normal in size & show normal echotexture. • No free fluid seen in POD. ❖ Impression: A well defined heterogeneously hyperechoic soft tissue lesion in the endometrial canal - ? Endometrial polyp ? Nature. ❖ Right ovarian hemorrhagic cysts with left ovarian simple cyst.

Hello, If you are on any medication for fertility please speak to your gynaecologist. If not you can start the following medicines and repeat the USG abdomen after 3 months: 1. Varanadi kashayam 20ml----0----20ml 45 minutes before breakfast and 45 minutes before dinner by adding 80 ml of boiled cooled water for 90 days. 2. Guggulu panchapala churnam 1 tsp 30 minutes after breakfast and 30 minutes after dinner mixed with honey For 90 days. 3. Ajamodadai churnam 1 tsp at bed time with a cup of boiled warm water for 90 days. 4. Dasamoolam kashayam 20 ml 45 minutes after breakfast and 45 minutes after dinner by adding 80 ml of boiled warm water For 90 days. Take care, Kind regards.
