You’re experiencing a mix of concerning symptoms that encompass both physical and emotional well-being, indicating a potential imbalance in your doshas, particularly Vata and possibly Pitta in Ayurveda. The low energy, joint pain, and irregular periods suggest vata imbalance, while the skin issues may hint towards Pitta concerns. Here are some personalized suggestions to get started with your condition:

Firstly, focus on establishing a daily routine to bring balance back—a key element in pacifying Vata. Start your day with a warm sesame oil massage, also known as abhyanga. This helps to nourish the tissues and calm the nervous system. Post-massage, take a warm shower to deepen relaxation.

Your diet should emphasize warm, moist, and nourishing foods. Think of soups, stews, and cooked grains like rice or quinoa. Avoid raw salads, cold beverages, and dry foods—these can aggravate Vata. Include spices such as ginger, turmeric, and cumin, as they can ignite the digestive fire or Agni, which seems to be weak in your case.

Herbs may support your journey as well. Ashwagandha is known for its strengthing properties and can help with energy and mood. Drink Ashwagandha tea or take it in powdered form with warm milk in the evening. Triphala can benefit your digestion and can be taken before bed with lukewarm water.

Regular yoga and gentle exercises can be beneficial to maintain joint mobility and muscle strength. Focus more on slow-paced postures, stretching, and relaxation techniques like pranayama (breathing exercises).

Ensure you’re connecting with your feminine energy to stabilize menstrual cycles. Infusion of Shatavari can help balance hormones. Consume it in powder form mixed with warm milk twice daily.

Lastly, if these symptoms persist or worsen, it’s vital to consult with a healthcare professional or a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner who can provide a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan. Your health and well-being are a priority, and professional guidance can ensure the best care.

You’re experiencing a cluster of symptoms which could point towards an imbalance primarily in the Vata dosha, often linked with irregular periods, joint discomfort, and low energy levels. This can be compounded by impaired Agni, or digestive fire, when you mention loss of appetite and changes in skin and mood.

Begin with grounding and warming foods to help balance Vata. Include warm, well-cooked meals like soups and stews with spices such as ginger, cumin, and cinnamon. These help to ignite the digestive fire and improve nutrient absorption. Avoid raw, cold, or overly spicy and dry foods that might further aggravate Vata.

Since your periods are irregular, supporting your reproductive tissue is crucial. Ashwagandha, an adaptogenic herb, can strengthen the muscles and bones while helping sustain energy levels. Consume a teaspoon of ashwagandha powder in warm milk, possibly with a pinch of turmeric at night for at least two weeks to assess initial changes.

For joint pain, consider daily self-massage (abhyanga) with warm sesame oil to lubricate joints and nurture skin health. This practice is calming and can aid in reducing Vata imbalance.

Regarding mood and energy, incorporate daily routine consistency, focusing on regular sleep patterns and mindfulness practices like yoga or meditation. Breathing exercises (pranayama) can also enhance energy flow through the nadis, or energy channels.

If symptoms persist beyond a few weeks, especially with significant energy depletion or irregular menses, it’s wise to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare professional to rule out underlying conditions that may need immediate attention.
