HELLO, Pehli baat to ye hai ki sirf dwai khane se problem permanently solve nhi hogi…aapko time pr follow up krna hoga…medicine ke sath diet,yoga aur jo main reason hai stress usko km krna hoga. With proper ayurvedic treatment plan ,this issue can be resolved. Treatment - 1. Chandraprabha vati -2-0-2 after meal 2. Yauvanamrit vati-2-0-2 after meal 3. Shilajit sat- 2 drops in milk at bedtime 4. Medha vati-1-0-1 after meal 5. Baidyanath Vita EX oil - For local application and massage.

Diet- Eat dates, raisins, soaked and peeled almonds. Eat foods that increase Nitric oxide levels include: Green leafy vegetables Citrus fruits Nuts and seeds Pomegranates, banana Garlic

Yoga- Ardha matasyendrasana , pavanmuktasan , bhujangasan, sarvangasan,pelvic floor exercises,kegel exercise. Lifestyle modifications - .Stop addiction especially smoking. .Strength training to boost testosterone. .Stress management -Through meditation walking journaling gardening. .Read books and watch ‘Money matters’ series to manage finances better. .Maintain a diary of earning and expenditure to reduce finance related stress.

Premature ejaculation aur stress ke liye ayurveda mein kai tarikon ka upyog hota hai. Pehle, aapko apni dincharya aur diet par dhyan dene ki zarurat hai, kyun ki ye dono factors aapke overall health par asar daalte hain.

Aap Ashwagandha aur Shatavari ka upyog kar sakte hain, jo virya-dhaatu ko majbooti dete hain aur stress ko kam karne mein madadgar hote hain. Ashwagandha churna ko dudh ke saath din mein do baar le. Shatavari churna bhi issi tarah se le sakte hain. Ye herbs aapke nervous system ko shant karenge aur stress ko kam karenge.

Diet ko bhi dosha anusar santulan mein rakhna jaruri hai. Ghari ka bhojan kare, aur heavy aur spicy food se bache. Aapko nimbu paani aur aamla juice bhi faydayemand hoga, kyunki ye dono aapke immunity ko badhane ke liye kafi acchhe hain.

Abhyanga (oil massage) bhi stress ko dheerese door karta hai. Til ka tel use kare aur hafte mein do-teenu baar tel se body massage kare. Ye aapko relax karega aur stress ko kam karega.

Apne lifestyle changes ka bhi dhyan de, meditation aur yoga aapke man ko shanti de sakta hai. Pranayama (bhastrika aur anulom-vilom) din mein kam se kam 20 minute zarur kare.

Ek ache vatavaran mein sona bhi utna hi zaruri hai. Sound sleep ek natural healing priyakriya hai jo aapke man aur sharir dono ko aram deti hai. Kam se kam 7-8 ghante ki nindi le.
