HELLO SHANAZ JI, I recommend the following treatment plan for this condition (For age 18-70)- TREATMENT - 1.AROGYAVARDHINI VATI -2-0-2 AFTER MEAL 2.MANJISTHARISHTA -2 TSP WITH 2 TSP WATER AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER 3.NEEM GHANVATI-1-0-1 AFTER MEALS 4.BLEMINOR OINTMENT- APPLY TWICE DAILY ON CLEANED FACE.
DIET- .Take homemade easily digestible, light meals. .Take antioxidant rich food items. .Avoid maida,fast food,spicy and oily food. .Drink purified water only.
YOGA- Mandookasan,vajrasana,kapalbhati,anulom vilom
LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION- .Walk for 30 min after dinner. .Sleep on your left side. Follow these - 1. Adequate amount of water 2. Eat antioxidant rich food like amla, beans, green tea, spinach etc 3. Clean your towel and pillowcase every week 4. Avoid using makeup or some chemical product especially before sleeping. 5. Stress management -Through meditation, walking, journaling etc.
