Aapke digestion mein dikkat ka mool karan agni ka asantulan ho sakta hai, jise hum samanya taur par ‘mandagni’ kehte hain. Agni ko samarth karne ke liye kuch siddha upaye hain jo aapko sahyog kar sakte hain. Pehle, apni aahaar pratha ko thoda anukool banane ka praya’s karein. Kripya garam paani ka sevan karein, yah aapke pachan kriya ko uttam bana sakta hai aur agni ko prabodh de sakta hai. Thoda garam paani meal ke bhich se karke, aur khaali pet pe bhi piye.
