L’acufene, noto anche come tinnitus, può avere diverse cause secondo l’Ayurveda, inclusi squilibri nei dosha, in particolare nel Vata dosha. Il nostro approccio qui è identificare e mirare alla radice del problema. In primo luogo, è importante creare una routine quotidiana che porti equilibrio. Prova a includere pasti regolari e un sonno adeguato nella tua giornata, poiché questi aspetti sono essenziali per stabilizzare Vata.

Per quanto riguarda gli integratori, Ashwagandha e Brahmi possono essere utili. Ashwagandha è un adattogeno che aiuta a ridurre lo stress, spesso collegato all’aggravamento del Vata. Dosi suggerite possono essere 500 mg due volte al giorno, ma è importante consultare un professionista prima di iniziare qualsiasi integratore. Brahmi invece aiuta nella gestione dello stress mentale e nel supportare le funzioni cognitive. Può essere assunto come tè o in capsule. Anche qui, dosi tipiche potrebbero aggirarsi attorno i 500 mg al giorno.

L’olio di sesamo caldo è consigliato per un massaggio quotidiano, specialmente intorno alla testa e al collo, per calmare Vata. A questo si può aggiungere la pratica di esercizi di respirazione come il pranayama, che possono aiutare a regolare il sistema nervoso.

Limita il consumo di caffeina e sale in eccesso, poiché possono aggravare il problema. Integra più alimenti calmanti e nutrienti come mandorle, noci e olio di oliva.

Un’altra tecnica utile potrebbe essere l’applicazione di qualche goccia di olio di neem o Brahmi nell’orecchio, ma è fondamentale farlo sotto consiglio medico per evitare complicazioni. Infine, pratica regolarmente la meditazione e lo yoga per mantenere un’equilibrio mentale e fisico stabile e di calma. Se l’acufene persiste o peggiora, è essenziale consultare un professionista sanitario per ulteriori indagini.

Puoi prendere una capsula da 250 mg due volte al giorno con acqua tiepida.

Gingko biloba è un altro integratore che potrebbe essere utile, poiché migliora la circolazione sanguigna, il che potrebbe aiutare nel ridurre i sintomi dell’acufene. Assicurati di prenderne 120 mg suddivisi in due dosi giornaliere.
