पैर के तलवों में सोरायसिस जिसमें खुजलाहट तथा त्वचा का फट जाना जिसमें बहुत दर्द होना । चलने-फिरने में दर्द के कारण काफी कठिनाई होना। एक जगह ठीक नहीं हुआ कि दूसरी जगह फटना।

Hi, Thanks for your question,

-Want to know your age? -do u have any other problem like bp, thyroid, diabetes ? -any bleeding or white scaly patch present?

Because - As your case is spreading, it’s still 1st stage later in 2nd stage it will spread to your nails causes spotting on nails and cracks and later on 3rd stage it will spread to joints and causes psoriasis arthritis.

So to stop spreading there is also need of 1 of allopathic medicine, depends upon your age and other disease if u hv.

Treatment - 1) karaj oil over whole patches in morning and sun exposure for atleast 15 minutes. 2) MAHAMANJISHTADI kwath 20 ml with equal amount of water twice a day after meal 3) immunodrops 10 drops with Luke warm water / honey( if not diabetic) once a day empty stomach 4) aarogyavardhini vati 2 tab twice a day after meal 5) ointment Salicylic acid over palm and after 5 min apply panchtikta ghrit and then wrap it with poly paper or butter paper at night — so medicine will absorb slowly into the affected area ---- on other areas apply panchtikta ghrit and wrap them for atleast 6-7 hrs at night
