Eat fruits,dry fruits,milk instead of snacking on packaged items. Yoga - Anulom vilom, bhastrika, kapalbhati,malasana. Lifestyle modification - . Pratice yoga daily . Sound sleep for atleast 7 hours . Walking for 20 min daily . Stress management -Through meditation, walking, journaling.
