Severe Pain in Left Kidney and Nighttime Cough - #52026

Payal Singh, Age 21 yrs, severe pain in left kidney especially in night, ultrasound report indicates few concretions in upper calyx, corticomedullary differentiation is maintained, normal size (10.2 x 4.6 cm), rest al normal. In addition, having dry cough which also aggrevates in night.
