My 30% hair are white at the age of 15 😭 pleaseI will request you to turn it naturally balck please helpI want to turn it back in natural black colour please help me ayurveda please help me

And start yoga and Pranayam daily
I.e sirshasan , sarvangaasan , anulom vilom, bhramri, udgeeth etc.
And medication …
1.amlaki rasayan 1-1 after meal twice a day
2.neelbhringadi oil abhyanga twice a week
3.ashwagandharista 4tsp med. +4tsp water twice a day after meal …
