Seeking Advice for Breast Growth and Libido Enhancement - #50611

Hi. I am a vata-kapha, I believe. Probably with a vata disbalance. I am very skinny, and after giving Birth to three kids, my breast are very small and soft. What would be the best way to breast growth and libido? Thank you very much. Best regard, Tonje

And processed food is high in salt and gluten which is really bad when used regularly so I hope you cut back on those

Hello, How old are you dear. To provide you with a much more personalised treatment i need a proper menstrual history and some blood investigations like CBC,HB, TESTOSTERONE,TSH AND PROLACTIN. And any other symptoms you are facing like mood swings, excessive sweating or hot flushes, vaginal dryness etc. With the details you provided Take *Shatavari choorna 5gm mixed with milk. Better if you can boil 5 gm powder with 1 glass of milk and 2 glasses of water and reduce it till one glass is left. It will increase the efficacy of the medicine * Tapyadi louha tablet 1 tab at bedtime * Brucast O 1tab at bedtime. This prescription is nourishing vata reducing and will improve your complaints. But the above mentioned tests ,atleast a proper consultation is necessary for further cause oriented treatment.
