I am really confused and kinda desperate for help. I’ve been dealing with this chronic fatigue and my digestion has been all over the place like I eat something one day and it feels okay, but the next, I’m bloated like a balloon. A friend recommended Kerala Ayurveda Thaalesapathra Choornam, saying it worked wonders for him, but honestly, I have no idea how to take it or if it’s right for me. I've done a bit of research and it says it's good for detoxing and all, but can I use it alongside my other medicines? Last week, I talked to a doc who said my pitta dosha might be off, which makes sense cause I tend to get super irritable over small things too. Anyhow, I’m worried about trying new things. I don’t wanna mess up my insides even more, ya know? I tried a couple of herbal things before but they didn’t really help. Should I just jump into it with the Kerala Ayurveda Thaalesapathra Choornam or should I ease in? My gut is just not reliable anymore!
