I am an Ayurveda and Diet Consultant, and honestly I have always felt health work better when Ayurveda and food guidance go hand in hand. Many times people focus only on medicine, but daily eating habits quietly affect health much more than expected, atleast from what I have seen. My focus stay on providing Ayurvedic consultation along with practical diet guidance, trying to understand what suits each person based on their health concern, routine and overall wellbeing. I mostly belive good health is not only about treating problem, but also understanding habits that may slowly affect body over time. In Ayurveda, I try to understand concerns in a balanced and simple way, becuase every person body respond little differnt. Sometimes even small diet changes make a surprsing differnce, though every case move in its own pace and thats important too. I prefer keeping guidance practical and easy to follow, helping patients understand there health in everyday terms rather than making things feel too confusing!! A healthy routine, proper food and balanced Ayurvedic support can really help over time, though patience matter alot sometimes.
Achievements:
I am someone who actively share knowledge around Diet, Yoga, and Ayurveda through YouTube, becuase honestly many people feel confused when it comes to healthy living and simple wellness guidance. I try to explain things in a practical and easy way, helping people understand everyday health, food habits and Ayurvedic thinking little better. Through my YouTube work related to diet, yoga and Ayurveda, I try to spread awareness in a way that feel simple to follow.. sometimes even small lifestyle changes make surprsing differnce!! Learning and sharing health knowledge has always felt important to me, and I still keep learning along the way too.

I am working in Ayurveda for the last 16 years, and honestly this journey has taught me that every person health concern feels a little differnt. Over time, I have seen how important it is to understand not only symptoms, but also lifestyle, daily routine and overall wellbeing becuase sometimes the smallest things matter more than expected. Through my years in Ayurvedic practice, I have tried to support patients in a way that feels practical and personal, while staying connected to the authentic principles of Ayurveda. I mostly belive healing take patience, and every case move at its own pace, though sometimes people understandably want quick results. I try to understand the root cause of health concerns rather than only focusing on temporary relief. Whether someone come with long standing concerns or everyday health issues, I prefer listening carefully first and then guiding treatment in a simple and balanced way. Over these 16 years of experiance, one thing I have learned is that health journeys are not always straight forward.. but right guidance and consistency can make real differnce. I try to keep consultations comfortable and easy to discuss, becuase feeling understood matter alot too!!
