Dr. K. Nikhitha
Experience: | 5 years |
Education: | BAMS, MD KAYA CHIKITSA |
Academic degree: | Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery |
Area of specialization: | I am someone with post graduation in Kaya Chikitsa, and my focus stay on understanding health concerns through core Ayurvedic principles in a practical way. During my training, I have worked on learning the Ayurvedic approach toward internal medicine, body balance, and long term wellness, though every patient situation can be a little differnt honestly. I try to look at the root cause of health issue’s rather than only symptoms, because small imbalances sometimes gets ignored.
My interest remain in Kaya Chikitsa related care where proper assesment, Ayurvedic diagnosis and patient specific guidance matters alot. I belive treatment should feel clear and realistic for patient, not over complicated!! At times healing take patience, and yes, every body respond in its own way, which is somthing I always keep in mind. |
Achievements: | I am focused on treating difficult and chronic health conditions through Ayurveda, and few cases still stay with me. I sucessfully managed a young female with Transverse Myelitis who first visited on wheel chair, after around 100 days of ayurvedic treatment she recovered complety. Also treated cases of Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome and Degenerative Aortic Valvar Disease. My thesis result in Bronchial Asthma was really good, though every case teach me somthing new. |
I am an Ayurvedic professional with experiance of working in a private Ayurvedic hospital for 2 years, where I got hands-on exposure in managing different kinds of health concerns and patient care. During my time there, I was involved in understanding patient conditons, supporting treatment planning, and observing how Ayurvedic principles are used in day to day practice. I belive every patient need proper attention, because many times health concerns are not just about one symptom, there are other things connected too. My approach is simple and practical, trying to understand what the person is going through and helping in a way that feels more personalised, not rushed. Working in a private Ayurvedic hospital gave me oppurtunity to see different cases and learn more about traditional Ayurvedic methods in clinical settings. Some days were very challanging, but honestly that also helped me grow and understand patients better. I still feel learning never really stop in medical field, and every patient teaches something in differnt way. I try to keep communication clear and comfortable, because treatment feels easier when patients are able to openly discuss there concerns.
