Experience:

Education:
Kerala University Of Health Sciences
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am mainly focused on musculoskeletal disorders, digestive issues, rejuvenation and wellness through Ayurveda, and over time I have realised people often ignore small body signals untill discomfort becomes bigger. My area of interest includes helping with body pain, stiffness, digestion related concerns, and overall wellness support in a way that feels practical and manageable. I also believe rejuvenation is not only about feeling better for few days, it should support long term balance and daily wellbeing too. Every person body respond differently, which is why I prefer understanding concerns properly before guiding any approach. Digestive health and musculoskeletal conditons sometimes feel connected in unexpected ways, and that part always makes me look little deeper.. proper care matter alot!!
Achievements:
I am someone who completed RAV in Kayachikitsa (General Medicine) along with YTTC, and these learnings really helped me understand health from both Ayurvedic and wellness perspective. Kayachikitsa gave me deeper understanding of general medicine and patient care, while YTTC added more balance in looking at body and wellbeing. I still feel learning never really stops, every experiance teach somthing new, even small details matter alot in proper guidance!!

I am an Ayurveda Physician with 8+ years of experiance in clinical practice, wellness resorts, and integrative healthcare, and honestly this journey gave me a wider understanding of how health issues can affect daily life in very differnt ways. My main areas of focus includes musculoskeletal disorders, lifestyle diseases, digestive health, stress management, Panchakarma therapies, and personalized Ayurvedic wellness consultations. Over the years, I have worked with people dealing with joint pain, body stiffness, digestion related concerns, stress linked imbalances, and general wellness needs. Sometimes small lifestyle habits create bigger health issue’s than expected, and that part always makes me look deeper into the root cause rather than only symptoms. I mostly believe in a patient-centered approach where Ayurveda, diet guidance, and lifestyle changes are planned according to the individual’s condition and body needs. Every person responds diffrently to treatment, which is why proper assesment matters alot before suggesting a path forward. Wellness care is not always quick or simple, but steady support and practical guidance can make real differnce, even if progress feel slow at times!!
