Product Description of Arjun Tea
Arjun tea is an amazing tea preparation prepared using Arjuna ( Terminalia arjuna ), Dalchini ( Cinnamomum zeylanicum ), Elaichi ( Elettaria cardamomum ) etc. This tea is the natural source of COenzyme Q10 and sustains healthy functioning of the cardiovascular system. Arjuna bark is the prime ingredient of this tea and has Hridya (cardiac tonic), medohara (Reduces excess fat or cholesterol) and Pramehahara (manages diabetes) properties. Along with Arjuna it has Dalchini ( Cinnamomum zeylanicum ) and Elaichi ( Elettaria cardamomum ) which enhances the flavour and makes it a good replacement for Normal Milk tea.
Arjun tree grows in plains of India along river sides. Indians use the bark of this tree for its medicinal virtues. It contains natural alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides which support the heart function. "Arjun Ksheer Pak" is described in Ayurveda as an Ancient (5000 BC), heart support remedy. A lot of literature about Terminalia arjuna is available on internet, which is good to read.
Is a creeper growing in most parts of the world. "Puna" means Again and "Nava" means New. Ancient ayurvedic scholars described this herb as detoxifying and rejuvenative.
Commonly known as "Pipal tree" in India, has very much religious value for Budhists, Hindus and Jainis. It is worshiped in India as it is known to be the habitat of angels like Budha and others.
