Product Description of Yakrit Plihantak Churna
Yakrit Plihantak Churna is an amazing ayurvedic preparation for yakrit and pleeha rogas. It contains herbs like Kalmegha, bhringraj, bhumi amla etc. Kalmgeh is also known as bhunimba and king of bitters whereas Bhumiamla known as Dukong anak.They are having katu (pungent) and tikta (bitter) ras (taste) and aids in balancing kapha and pitta dosha in our body. All these herbs work synergistically and assists in sustaining good health of the hepatic system. As per classical texts these herbs do yakrit uttejan and act as pitta sarak.
Bhumi Amla ( Phyllanthus niruri ) is a tropical plant which grows at a height of 50-70 cm and is classically mentioned in managing yakrit roga because it is rochaka (Appetizing), Pittashamak (Pitta pacifier) and Kapaha balancer.
Bhringraj ( Eclipta alba ) is a creeping herb which is 3 metres in height, it has white colour flowers with a long stalk. This herb is very useful in managing Liver disorders as it is Pandunut (Useful in Anemia), Amahar (Alleviates toxins from body) and Yakrituttejaka (Liver stimulant).
Kalmegh ( Andrographis paniculata ) is a shrub which is found throughout India, commonly known as "Green Chireta". Kalmegh is known as the "King of bitters" because it has Bitter taste. Kalmegh possesses Yakrituttejan (Liver stimulant), Pittasarak (Expels out excessive pitta), Rechna (Purgative) and Krimighana (wormicidal) properties thus useful in managing Liver conditions.
