Take 3litre water /day Improve fruits& vegetables (if causing any irritation please stop those item) Can include barley Adv. To practice *Pranayama regularly (to reduce stress)

Patolakaturohinyadi kashaya (10ml-10ml-10ml) After food. Manibhadra lehya ( 1 tsp before bed) Arogravardhini vati -( 1-0-1) After food Nimbamrutadi eranda taila - Apply to body before bath.

Avoid spicy, sour, salty & fried food. Avoid curd, horse gram, sprouts and anything which generates excess heat. If didn’t reduce by these medication, better to get sodhana(Purificatory) treatment.

3. Manage stress with daily practices like Yoga or meditation, as stress can exacerbate skin conditions. Even simple Pranayama (breathing exercises) could be helpful here.

4. Consider a traditional Ayurvedic therapy such as Panchakarma, which includes detoxification procedures. However, this should always be performed under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.

5. Also, maintaining a regular sleep schedule can help in balancing the body’s natural rhythms, supporting skin health. Aim for 7-8 hours of restful sleep.

6. Applying a paste of Sandalwood or Aloe Vera gel on affected skin can offer relief from itching and redness. These are both cooling and soothing, which can be conducive to reducing Pitta.

Remember to monitor your condition and consult with health professionals regularly. If the symptoms become severe or do not improve, it’s important to seek immediate medical attention.
