I am kinda confused and could use some advice on how to drink triphala powder. Lately, I've been feeling sluggish and my digestion is just all over the place. A friend suggested triphala and said it works wonders, but I really don’t know much about it. I bought some triphala powder from an Ayurvedic shop and it smells a bit funky, not gonna lie. I've tried mixing a teaspoon into water, but it just sits at the bottom. Should I be mixing it with hot water or cold water? I heard some people talk about adding honey, but is that even a good thing to do? I wanna make sure I'm getting the full benefits. My stomach has been bloated, and I feel like I’m carrying around a weight, ugh! Oh, and do I take it once a day or twice? Is there a certain time that’s best – like in the morning or at night? Any tips on how to drink triphala powder without making a face would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!
