Don’t worry Ishani, Aap ek mahine ke Andar bilkul theek ho jaoge. First of all avoid excessive spicy, sour,salty food,sesame seeds etc. And start taking1.Lodhrasava 20ml with equal amount of Lukewarm water just after having meal twice in a day. 2.Bolbaddha ras 1-0-1 Follow up after 30 days.

Dedh month tak chalu rahne vala period, yadi sonography aur blood reports normal hai, to isme hormonal imbalance, stress ya lifestyle factors ka yogdan ho sakta hai. Ayurveda ke anusaar, vata dosha ki vriddhi, rakta dhatu ka vitiation, ya agni ki durbalta is prakar ke samasya ka mool karan ho sakte hai.

Sabse pehle, apne jeevan vyavastha mein kuch parivartan laane ki aavashyakta hai. Dinaacharya (daily routine) aur raatri jagaran se bachne ka prayas kare. Agar aap trembling yah tension jarsd feel karti hai, toh shavasana daily practice kare - yah vata ko shaant karne mein madadgar hoga.

Vata dosha ka vriddhi anyamantavasta aur asamanya rukhsati ka karan ho sakta hai, jabki pitta dosha ka asantulan rakta vikar aur unmatra rukhsati ko badhava de sakta hai. Aapke reports theek aa rahe hain lekin rukhsati band nahi ho rahi, to yeh avashyaktapurn hai ki aap turant vyavsaidik madad le.

1. Dincharya: Har din aapko samay par sona aur jagna chahiye. Nitya vyayam karen, lekin kathin vyayam se dur rahan.

2. Aahar: Garam aur masale wale bhojan se bachen, aur taje phal sabzi jise kheera, anar aur petha ko apne daily diet mein shamlt karein.

3. Mudras: Pranayama aur yognidra jaise relaxation techniques ko apna sakte hain, yeh stress aur anxiety ko kam karte hain jo hormonal imbalance ko theek kar sakti hain.
