I am really struggling and don't know where to turn. Last month, I went to a local Ayurvedic doctor because I was feeling bloated and had this constant heaviness in my stomach. They recommended Malabar Agnidravakam, saying it would help fire up my digestion. I was super hopeful! I started taking it diligently. But now, after two weeks, I feel worse. My stomach feels even more upset, like, I don’t know, just really off. I thought Malabar Agnidravakam was supposed to help but I’m feeling really confused now. To make things complicate, I’ve tried some different foods too, thinking maybe I have to adjust my diet along with it? I ate a spicy curry yesterday and it felt like my belly was going to explode. On the plus side, I’ve been drinking warm water like the doctor suggested, but still nothing. Should I keep going with Malabar Agnidravakam or might it not be for me? Are there any common side effects? I feel like I’m in a whirl of confusion over here. Any wisdom? I really need some clarity on this.
