I am really confused about my diet lately. I've been trying to lose weight, but I feel like nothing really works. Friends keep telling me to try homemade curd, which they say is super healthy. I mean, is homemade curd good for weight loss? Last week, I made a batch and honestly, I kinda binged on it. I mixed it with fruits and honey, but now I’m worryin if that was a good idea. Like, I thought adding fruits is healthy, right? But then I read somewhere that sometimes even healthy things can have hidden calories or stuff. I remember my aunt saying that homemade curd is packed with probiotics and can help digestion, but can it really help with weight loss? I've also been on this low-carb diet, but I miss my dairy. Dairy just feels like a comfort to me. Do I need to be careful about the amount of homemade curd I eat? I want to balance it out without gaining weight. It’s kinda daunting, you know? I’ve been trying to keep track of my calories, but like, how much should I allow myself? Is there a way to incorporate the homemade curd and still see some progress?
