–Musli (Safed Musli) may help improve energy and vitality and is generally safe even if blood pressure is slightly elevated. It is not a stimulant and usually doesn’t raise BP. It may also help the body handle stress better. Effects are gradual and usually appear after a few weeks. However, fatigue lasting more than 6 months should also be evaluated for other causes like stress, sleep issues, or nutrient deficiencies.

- Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a rasayana (rejuvenative) for strength, stamina, and reproductive health. - It is considered nourishing for Shukra dhatu (reproductive tissue) and supportive of overall vitality. - Unlike stimulants, Musli is generally not known to raise blood pressure. In fact, some studies suggest it may have mild adaptogenic and antioxidant effects that support stress resilience.

Musli in ayurveda is considered a Rasayan, i.e. boosts energy, vitalise and reduces fatigue, also is a aphrodisiac. Musli does not increase blood pressure, it works as a supportive supplement, as it also helps as a coolant, and stress reducer. For blood pressure You lessen intake of salt in your diet. Do pranayam lom -vilom bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily. Remain relaxed and stress free.

Yes, musali is a good choice when dealing with stress, weakness and high B.P. At the same time, you can also try a little more potent medications like partharishta if you are not diabetic. This is advised in blood pressure, stress, lipid profile balancing and improving cardiac health. Also, if you can, please use balaswagandhadi taila as head oil and body massage oil to increase body strength and reduce stress levels. Aswagandha choorna boiled in 1 glass of milk, and 2 glasses of water reduced to one glass is also good when taken in the morning on an empty stomach and at bedtime. If you haven’t had a blood sugar test recently, please have an FBS done.
