Persistent Stitching Pain in Upper Abdomen - #51837

I have stitching pain in my upper abdomen, mainly above my belly button and to the right and left. Sometimes when I'm moving orstill, the pain intensifies really strongly and i let out a sound of pain. Other than that it's mainly on most of the time, andsometimes I find a comfortable spot and it is pain free or a small dull ache.... it's very much in thr solar plexus, and I've just had a procedure for uterine fibroid embolization so possibly includes sacral too. It's getting worse over 1 week. Sometimes it feels like gas, sometimes stitch like cramp. Sometimes there's movement, sometimes still. GP could feel the swelling and said maybe gas, maybe trapped wind, maybe acid, suggested I try medicines like PPI and gaviscon to rule out acidity but I haven't done that as prefer not to go straight to medicines. I tried some ayurveydic breathing that helps move exces pita for the last 4 days, and this is still there, although I feel in a very relaxed state!

How long have you been experiencing this abdominal pain?:

- 1-2 weeks

What activities seem to trigger or worsen the pain?:

- No specific triggers

How would you describe your overall digestive health?:

- Good, occasional discomfort
