I have stomach problem from some time like bloating and not feeling hungry proper, I want try Ayurveda treatment for this issue, can you please tell what medicine or diet I should follow to improve digestion and feel better soon?

Store the powder in a dry, glass bottle. ●How to consume • In summer, take half to one teaspoon with buttermilk • In winter, take With lukewarm water • It is considered more appropriate to take it half or three-quarters of an hour before or after meals ●Gas and Indigestion Method: Take 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. • Make a decoction and drink it 1-2 times a day.
