Dietary pulses: • Mung bean, gram, pigeon pea • Barley, kodo, and savanna • Old rice (Shashtik Shali) • Horse gram (Kulathi). These grains are considered light, rough, and anti-phlegm and fat. Avoid new grains. ●What to Eat (Vegetables) Bitter and astringent vegetables: • Bitter gourd • Fenugreek, pointed gourd, drumstick • Radish • Cucumber • Bottle gourd, ridge gourd, spinach • Leafy vegetables: These vegetables gently balance the phlegm and fat in the body. ●What should be limited/avoided? Sweets • White flour • Fried food • Excessive oil • Yogurt (at night) • Potatoes, sweet potatoes Excessive fruit (especially sweets) Diabetes requires balance, not abstinence. ●The Principle of Multi-Medicine Formula A multi-medicine combination is considered more effective in treating diabetes than a single drug. Because it simultaneously acts on • Kapha-Meda • Agni • Dhatu • Srotas ●Herbs Used (Composition) 25 grams each: • Bitter gourd seeds, Gudmar • Wild jamun seeds, Neem, Giloy, Ashwagandha • Neem bark, Belpatra • Triphala, Turmeric • Special ingredients: • Pure Shilajit - 50 grams Trivang Bhasma - 12 grams This combination is chosen for phlegm absorption, ama elimination, and metal balancing. ●Quantity and ratio Normal quantities 2 to 3 grams 1 or 2 times a day Drinking (with): • Warm water or takra (buttermilk) Time: • Before meals. ●For itching●Aloe Vera (Turmeric) Turmeric and Aloe Vera Paste Mix 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel and 1 teaspoon of turmeric. Apply to the affected area twice a day. Turmeric can leave a color, so wear old socks at night. ●Natural Neem Remedy Wash your feet with neem soap and dry them. Hello, what you are going through is a common complication of diabetes. If you haven’t done so yet please go for a CBC, FBS, HbA1c, and C-peptide, hs CRP, and liver function test soon and consult with those reports. It is important to make sure your diabetes levels aren’t fluctuating much. also if you have any digestive issues please let me know about that too. as your gut health is a priority. along with medications it is important to follow proper diet chart and exercises, for now start using the above-mentioned medications internally and use the oil prescribed for foot massage as well as the mentioned lepa on foot

Burning feet in diabetes is a fairly common complication, often linked to neuropathy (nerve irritation) or circulatory issues. Since you describe it as a frictional rash-like burning after walking or standing, it suggests localized nerve sensitivity and heat build-up rather than uncontrolled sugar (you mentioned your diabetes is stable). 1.Glymin tablets 1 tab twice daily with water before meals 2.Nishakathakadi kwath 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals 3.Saribadyasavam 15 ml with 15 ml water twice daily after meals Diet Tips---- Favor cooling foods: cucumber, coconut water, leafy greens, amla, pomegranate. Avoid spicy, oily, fried foods that aggravate Pitta. Include whole grains (barley, oats, brown rice) for stable energy. Stay hydrated with lukewarm water; avoid excess tea/coffee. Lifestyle Tips---- Foot care: Wash feet in cool water, dry thoroughly, apply coconut oil or ghee massage at night. Avoid prolonged standing/walking; use soft footwear. Yoga & Pranayama: Cooling practices like Sheetali and Chandra Bhedana pranayama. Sleep: Ensure 7–8 hours; poor sleep worsens nerve irritation. Stress management: Meditation, gentle yoga, and relaxation reduce nerve sensitivity.

Namaste, Your symptom — burning sensation in feet, especially after walking or standing, along with diabetes — indicates nerve irritation and heat (pitta) involvement, commonly seen in early diabetic neuropathy or sensitivity. The focus should be on calming the burning sensation, supporting nerve health, and maintaining good circulation. Avoid walking barefoot on hot surfaces. Prefer soft, comfortable footwear. Reduce spicy, sour, and very hot foods, as they can increase burning sensation. Keep feet clean and dry, and avoid excessive friction. Include ghee in diet and maintain good hydration. Gentle foot elevation and rest after long standing can help. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Nisha Amalaki Churna – 1 teaspoon, twice daily before food with warm water Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet, twice daily after food Ashwagandha Churna – 1 teaspoon, once daily with warm milk External application: Apply Ksheerabala Taila or Bala Taila gently over the feet at night for soothing effect These are traditionally used to support nerve health, reduce burning sensation, and maintain metabolic balance when combined with proper care. Since your diabetes is controlled, continuing regular monitoring is important. With consistent care, improvement can be seen over a few weeks. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

Hello, Burning sensation in palm or feet is common with log standing diabetes. But not something to ignore. It is a sign that neuropathy is going on and you are very prone to diabetic ulcers. So do a foot examination every now and then. As your diabetes is under control, there is no need to add any oral medicine but for the burning sensation_ You can use kseerbala taila over foot at night. It gives soothing effect. Make sure to keep check on your Hba1c. Have a nice say.
