Patient: 60-year-old female Build: Lean, approx. 45 kg Chief Complaints: Chest and back discomfort (non-radiating) Daily sour taste in mouth in morning (till ~12 pm) Frequent sour belching Occasional pricking-type pain Symptom Characteristics: Pain feels like tightness/stiffness Relieved after belching Before belching → discomfort + slight breathing difficulty After belching → relief No clear relation with food, posture, or activity Negative History: No nausea or vomiting No sweating No breathlessness (except before belching) No radiation to arm/jaw Past History: Coronary angiography 6–7 months ago – Normal Recently ECG done and it is normal Treatment History: Took anti-acidity treatment (PPI, H. pylori kit, levosulpiride) → no significant relief Recently started on: Aspirin (gastro-resistant) Rosuvastatin

Namaste , acoording to the symptoms mentioned by you suggest that you are suffering from GERD (compared with Amlpitta mentioned in ayurveda ) you have to do alternation food & daily routine 1. avoid hurry during having a meal, eat your food in calm without watching any screen or any kind of stress 2. avoid non veg diet till your symptom relives 3. add more fibre in your diet 4. drink water 3-4 litre a day 5. avoid dairy product like paneer ,dahi, butter except ghee, buttermilk, cold milk Rx 1. Avipati choornam 3gm with water before food twice a day 2.kaumaryasav 20ml with equal water after food twice a day 3. shatavari gulama take 1 teaspoon with 1cup of cold milk
