Excessive sweating and body odor hyperhidrosis can be influenced by overactive sweat glands hormonal imbalance gut fermentation or metabolic conditions When body odor persists despite good hygiene it sometimes indicates that the body is not eliminating toxins efficiently or that certain bacterial or fungal overgrowth is present on the skin or internally The rapid ongoing weight loss and loss of fat is concerning At 25 years old a healthy weight and body composition are important for immunity energy and hormonal health Causes can include thyroid overactivity digestive malabsorption chronic infections prolonged stress or metabolic disorders Ayurvedically this indicates aggravated Pitta and Vata leading to tissue depletion Dhatu Kshaya and weak Agni digestive fire which affects metabolism absorption and body composition Supporting digestion hormonal balance and nourishing the body with Rasayan herbs Take Triphala churna 1 tsp at night with warm water to improve gut cleansing and digestion Ashwagandhadi lehyam 1 tsp twice daily after food helps rebuild body tissues and supports immunity Shatavari gulam 1 tsp twice daily after food balances female hormones and nourishes tissues Amrutha aristha 20 ml twice daily after food supports immunity detoxifies the body and balances metabolism Apply natural powders multani mitti or dry neem powder to armpits Eat warm cooked nourishing foods include healthy fats ghee nuts and seeds avoid overly processed foods and reduce spicy or fermented foods which can aggravate Pitta and body odor Avoid excessive hot showers which may worsen sweat gland activity It is important to rule out medical conditions like thyroid imbalance diabetes gut infections or other metabolic disorders with proper lab tests while following these supportive measures

Namaste, Your concerns — persistent body odor with excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) along with weight loss and reduced body strength — indicate metabolic imbalance with pitta involvement along with possible vata aggravation affecting nourishment. The focus should be on balancing body heat, improving metabolism, and restoring nourishment. Avoid very spicy, sour, and processed foods, as they can increase body odor and sweating. Prefer balanced meals instead of very high protein and very low carbs. Include rice, whole grains, ghee, milk, soaked almonds, and dates to support healthy weight. Drink adequate water and maintain regular meal timings. Avoid excessive fasting or restrictive diets. Maintain proper hygiene, but also support internal balance. Wear breathable cotton clothes and avoid synthetic fabrics. Stress management and proper sleep are important, as they can influence sweating. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Chandanasava – 15 ml with equal water, twice daily after food Dhatri Rasayan – 1 teaspoon, once daily in the morning Guduchi Satva – ½ teaspoon once daily with water External care: Use herbal powders like sandalwood (chandan) or multani mitti paste on sweat-prone areas 2–3 times a week These are traditionally used to help reduce excessive sweating, control body odor, and support overall metabolism and nourishment. Since you also have significant weight loss, it is important to monitor overall health and rule out underlying causes if not already done. With consistent care, improvement can be seen gradually over a few weeks. Consultation can help tailor this further to your needs.

When body odor continues even after bathing it usually means there is excess sweating along with internal toxin buildup and imbalance in digestion and metabolism in Ayurveda we see this as ama along with pitta and vata disturbance and your weight loss and loss of body fat tells me your body tissues are getting depleted which is why you are looking very thin and weak You need to work on both cleansing and nourishing at the same time do not skip meals eat simple warm food like rice moong dal ghee and add soaked almonds dates and milk if your digestion allows avoid spicy sour junk and packaged food because it worsens odor and sweating For internal support you can take avipattikar churna at night with warm water to clear toxins and improve digestion take chandraprabha vati twice daily after food to help with sweating and metabolism and sarivadyasava after food to reduce body odor and purify the system For rebuilding your strength start ashwagandha arishta after food and if you feel more weakness you can add shatavari with milk at night this will slowly help your body regain weight and strength For external care you can bathe with neem or triphala water and use sandalwood or multani mitti paste in areas where sweating is more wear loose cotton clothes and avoid synthetic fabrics At the same time please do not ignore basic tests like thyroid vitamin b12 vitamin d blood count and sugar because continuous weight loss needs to be checked properly This condition can improve but you have to be consistent and patient because your body has taken time to reach this state and it will take some time to rebuild balance if you want you can share your appetite digestion sleep and periods pattern so I can fine tune this further for you

The symptoms you describe about excessive sweating strong body odour and significant weight loss it point towards the aggravation of Pitta dosa and Agni which effect fat tissue and sweat channels When Pitt dosh is high it cause for a smell while weight loss after a high protein diet suggest a potential tissue depletion or an over active metabolic state 1) Lakshmi Vilas Ras Van tablet twice daily 2) anruthotharam kwath- 15 ml + 45 ml lukewarm water before breakfast and dinner 3) Chandraprabha Vati - 2 tablet twice daily after food 4) winsoria oil- apply 30 minutes before bath 5) eladi thailam- apply to armpits or groin region Favor cooling food like cucumber coconut water fennel and fruits like grapes and pomegranate reduce spicy salty and excessive our food drink water throughout the day Add name leaves or Pinch of trifla powder to water before bath Start doing 10 minutes of sheetali Pranayam Where only natural fibre like cotton or linen clothes
