Managing Crohn's Disease and Meniere's Disease - #52327

Chrohns desease and menier desease. I am 27 years old and very active (tennis coach). I have problems with chrohn desease for about 10 years, with right diet it is easier to live but if you can give couple of tips to get things better it wouldbe great. The other thing that i have problem is menier desease, diagnosed 1 year ago. I have problems with stiff neck, recurrent vertigo attacks, fluctuating hearing loss, tinnitus (ringing in right ear), and a feeling of ear fullness. I started with first ajurveda book couple months ago and now i try to live by the books from mr. Vasant Lad. I assume I am a Vata tipe and try to live acordingly. Thank you.
