Seeking Herbal Medicine for Blood Pressure and Digestive Issues - #52389

I Am 50 years male ,physical working routine ,no addictive drug had taken ,no diabetes but slightly over weight 86 kg(5-7" feet),having fatty liver ,stomach is allergic to egg yolk,milk and warm things result in diarrhea.mostly having loose motion.but main problem started 2 months before as blood pressure increased suddenly upto 150/90 that setteled down but from then it raises again and again .ecg was normal .i have taken dietry and precautionary measures but here i want you to please tell me a herbal medicine which i may take life long safely leading to complete eradication of disease.Regards

You should reduce salt intake in your food, also salty items like pickles, papads, preservative items. Stop alcohol and smoking. Take medicine advised but you keep monitoring you blood pressure with nearby doctor. Due to medication intake you may feel bit low sometime. Take medication for 1 month, monitor bp and take a follow up. Suddenly do not stop medication, it may lead to complication.
