Namaste, Aapki problem se lagta hai ki digestion (agni) weak ho gaya hai aur vata-pitta imbalance ke saath sharir mein dhatu kshaya ho raha hai. Is wajah se swapna dosh, pet ka theek se saaf na hona, stool chipakna aur gale mein zyada kaph banna — ye sab ek dusre se connected hain. Sabse pehle yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki sirf swapna dosh ko rokna solution nahi hai. Jab tak digestion aur body strength improve nahi hoti, tab tak yeh issue repeat hota rahega. Yeh chronic case hai, isliye dheere-dheere stable improvement milega. Raat ko jaldi sone ki aadat daalein (10–10:30 tak), late night mobile use avoid karein. Din mein zyada sochna, stress lena, ya sexual thoughts ko baar-baar repeat karna bhi is condition ko worsen karta hai, isliye mind ko busy aur calm rakhna important hai. Khana simple aur satvik rakhein. Bahar ka khana, spicy, oily, junk food, cold drinks, aur excess tea/coffee avoid karein. Diet mein ghee, doodh, soaked badam, black kishmish, aur halka garam, easily digest hone wala food lein. Raat ka khana halka rakhein aur sone se 2–3 ghante pehle lein. Subah empty stomach 1 glass garam paani mein thoda sa ghee daal kar le sakte hain, isse bowel movement smooth hota hai. Raat ko 1 teaspoon isabgol husk warm water ya milk ke saath le sakte hain, stool sticking aur constipation mein help milegi. Gale ke kaph ke liye din mein 2–3 baar halka garam paani sip karein. Subah 1 chammach shahad mein chhutki bhar sunthi (dry ginger) le sakte hain. आपकी समस्या लंबे समय से चल रही है और इसमें पेट की गड़बड़ी, धातु रोग (स्वप्न दोष), गले में कफ, और नींद की समस्या— आपस में जुड़े हुए हैं। समस्या का कारण जब लंबे समय तक पेट सही नहीं रहता, stress रहता है, खान-पान और नींद ठीक नहीं होती, तो अग्नि (digestion power) खराब हो जाती है। इससे: खाना ठीक से पचता नहीं शरीर को पूरे पोषक तत्व नहीं मिलते धीरे-धीरे धातुएँ (body tissues) कमजोर होने लगती हैं और इसका असर शुक्र धातु पर भी पड़ता है इसी कारण: स्वप्न दोष कमजोरी का एहसास चिपचिपा मल गले में कफ जैसी समस्याएँ होती हैं सबसे जरूरी बात सबसे पहले पेट और नींद को ठीक करना जरूरी है उसके बाद ही धातु रोग पर सही तरीके से काम किया जा सकता है lifestyle सुधार (सबसे पहला कदम) सुबह जल्दी उठें (सूर्योदय के आसपास) रात को देर तक जागना बंद करें कम से कम 7–8 घंटे की नींद लें रोज एक ही समय पर खाना खाएं बिना भूख के खाना न खाएं ज्यादा खाना (overeating) बिल्कुल न करें खाने के बाद 100–200 कदम हल्की वॉक करें दिनभर ज्यादा बैठने से बचें मोबाइल, अश्लील कंटेंट या ज्यादा उत्तेजना देने वाली चीजें सोने से पहले न देखें दिमाग को शांत रखें रोज 10–15 मिनट प्राणायाम या ध्यान करें खान-पान में सुधार हल्का, ताजा और गर्म खाना खाएं खिचड़ी, दाल, हल्की सब्जियाँ ज्यादा लें तला-भुना, ज्यादा मसालेदार खाना बंद करें जंक फूड और पैकेज्ड फूड से दूर रहें चाय और कॉफी कम करें या कुछ समय के लिए बंद करें ठंडी चीजें, फ्रिज का खाना न लें रात में दही बिल्कुल न खाएं दिनभर गुनगुना पानी पिएं समझने वाली बात इतने लंबे समय से बीमारी होने की वजह से अब शरीर की धातुओं पर असर पड़ने लगा है। इसलिए अब समय आ गया है कि बिना देरी किए अपनी सेहत पर ध्यान दें। आगे क्या करें पहले पेट की समस्या और नींद को सुधारें उसके बाद धातु रोग अपने आप काफी हद तक ठीक होने लगेगा लेकिन क्योंकि यह समस्या पुरानी और गंभीर है, इसलिए: किसी अच्छे आयुर्वेद डॉक्टर से मिलकर पूरा इलाज लें
