Hello I first need to appreciate yournobservation What you have observed is very important Yes your digestive fire has been increased(Agni deepana has started) But now it is leading to atipravritii that is loose motions Which is causing vata aggrevation So now we have to shift treatment from Deepana to grahana and also Balancing your dosha ▪️For your understanding Chitrakadi vati -is a strong deepana And now it has become excess This resulting in loose stools with dryness And also the symptom of rosacea redness indicates pitta has been increased So now stop taking the medication ▪️Ayurvedic plan of treatment Internal Medication ➖ Chitrakadi vati -Stop for now ➖Continue Dadimasthaka churna 1/2 tsp after meals ➖Addition for loose stools Kutajaristha 20 ml twice daily after food ▪️For Dryness of Skin -Take 1 tsp of ghee daily -at night have a warm milk with 1/2 tsp of ghee -Have 1 fresh amla daily ▪️Diet plan Include -have rice with moong dal and ghee (But do not have moong dal alone) Have soft warm and easily digestable food Avoid -Raw food -salads -spicy foods -fermented food items now your agni has become sensitive so we have to carefully balance it Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Hello, Your case shows a classic transition phase in Ayurveda- digestion has improved quickly, but now vata has increased, leading to -residual loose motion -dry skin + light redness (rosacea- type) -weakness, dryness, from only moong dal diet So the goal now is -stabilize digestion + pacify vata + mildly cool pitta (for redness) What happened -Chitrakadi vati= very strong digestive fire -> cleared ama fast -Dadimastaka churna= improved appetite and reduced bloating -but both together-> over stimulation> vata aggravation -onl moong dal diet-> drying-> dryness + weakness Now management (simple and precise) 1) Stop over drying and stabilize gut -continue Dadimastaka churna= 1/2 tsp after meals with warm water -Reduce or STOP chitrakadi Vati for 3-5 days as it’s too heating/drying for current stafe 2) Control loose motion (without weakening agni) Add -kutajarishta= 15ml + equal water twice daily after meals =this will bind stools + not suppress digestion 3) Correct dryness + vata -Dhanwantaram taila= full body self massage before bath daily Internal= 1 tsp ghee in meals very important -warm, slightly oily food (avoid dry foods) 4) For redness (mild rosacea-type pitta) -Mahatiktakam kashaya= 15ml with water before food once daily face= apply raw milk or sandalwood paste =cooling, non- irritating Diet= very important -soft rice + ghee + cooked vegetables -moong dal with ghee, not plain -pomegranate, ripe banana -warm water only Avoid -only moong diet -dry, spicy, fermented foods -tea,coffee excess Expected progression -Loose motion= settles in 2-3 days -dryness= improves in 4-5 days -redness= gradually reduces in ~ 1 week Key mistakes to avoid -don’t continue strong agni medicines once digestion improves -don’t follow dry/light diet too long -don’t ignore vata signs (dryness, weakness) You are not worse - you are in recovery phase, just slightly used into vata imbalance after Ama clearance Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Hii, Your current combination 1) Mulethi with milk (Good) -excellent for gut lining healing, reduces acidity and pitta, mild vata pacification keep it once daily is fine 2) Dadimashtaka twice daily (partially good) -good for loose stools, improving appetite But slightly drying if overused Best= continue but reduce to once daily after main meal 3) Jeerakadyarishta= use carefully -helps bloating and digestion But -contains mild fermentation + heating nature -can increase pitta (redness , loose stools) in your case Recommendation= avoid for now 5-7 days 4) Avipattilar at night- Not ideal now -good for acidity generally but in your case -already loose stools -already gut irritation This may worsen looseness + dryness STOP IT why you react to giloy/ watermelon -Giloy= drying + light -> increase vata-> bloating -watermelon-> very cold + watery-> weakens agni-> bloating Your gut needs water + unctuous + stable foods, not light/ cooling extremes my advice -mulehi + milk -> continue -dadimastaka-> once daily -add kutajarishta-> as adviced -hinguvachadi before meals -and diet correction is key in your case Thank you

Hello, -For dry skin you can apply Sandalwood powder mix with rose water once a day, remove paste before it’s totally dry -In night, apply shatdhaut ghrita on dry skin, avoid it on lips because it’s not consumable -For loose motion, you can use kutaj ghanvati 2-0-2 after meal for two days Or Bilva choorna 3 gm after meal BD -You can send me the picture of your skin for identifications of symptoms

What has happened is your digestion improved quickly with chitrakadi and diet, but it has increased heat and dryness together. That is why loose motion is still there, and dryness and redness are partially remaining. Moong dal also increased dryness for you, so you felt weakness and frequent hunger. Now you need to slow down the treatment and shift to soothing + stabilising approach, not strong digestive medicines. Stop Chitrakadi vati for now, as it is too heating for your current state. Continue Dadimashtaka in small dose after food, as it is helping in forming stools. Your diet should be soft, slightly unctuous and stabilising. Take rice, normal dal (not only moong), well-cooked vegetables. Add 1–2 tsp ghee daily. This will reduce dryness and help proper stool formation. Avoid spicy, sour, fried, and very light/dry foods. Do not stay on very restrictive diet now. Eat at proper intervals, not too frequently. Frequent hunger is due to aggravated pitta. Drink small sips of warm water, avoid excess water at once. Medicines: Shatavari churna 3 grams twice daily with milk. Yashtimadhu churna 1 gram twice daily. Guduchi satva 500 mg twice daily. These will cool the system, reduce redness, support skin, and stabilise gut. At night, take 1 tsp ghee with warm milk, this will help dryness, gut lining and calm the system. This stage is about balancing, not pushing digestion further. With this, stools will become formed and skin will improve gradually.

Symptoms which you describe above is due to imbalance of vata Pitta in your body with malabsorption tendency while the chitrakadi Vati and Dadimastaka can correct the initial bloating and acidity the current loose motion and dryness pointing that the digestive fire is slightly stimulated or there is a lack of moisture in your body 1) Kalyanka gritam- 1 teaspoon With warm water before breakfast 2) kutaja parpata vati- 2 two tablet with butter milk after lunch and after dinner 3) manjishthadi kwath- 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water at bed time Since you are having loose motion take freshly prepared buttermilk with Pinch of roasted jeera powder and Ginger powder Always eat cooked easily to digest food like Khichdi mung daal soup lauki pomegranate etc Avoid spicy fermented food citrus Drink water boil and cool at room temperature throughout the day Avoid direct sunlight between 10 am to 4 pm For cheeks apply Shata dhauta ghrita
