You feel uncomfortable after ajwain, beetroot juice, or ashwagandha. –Symptoms include low blood pressure/oxygen, dizziness, low appetite, which improve after warm water or tea. –Overall, your digestion is good, appetite is regular, and energy is average. Possible Explanations -----Beetroot juice can lower blood pressure due to nitrates. If your baseline BP is already low, this can cause dizziness or lightheadedness. -----Ashwagandha may also have a mild hypotensive effect in some people. -----Ajwain doesn’t typically lower BP significantly, but it can stimulate digestion, which may temporarily shift blood flow to the gut and cause mild lightheadedness. ----Advice- -Take these substances with food rather than on an empty stomach. -Start with smaller doses—see if your body tolerates them gradually. -Monitor your blood pressure: If it drops below normal (e.g., systolic <100), avoid these substances. -Warm water or tea before/after helps regulate circulation and digestion—keep doing this. Observe patterns: Note which herb/juice causes the strongest reaction. You may need to rotate or skip the ones that trigger low BP.

Hello I can understand your concern regarding -feeling of uneasiness -Dizziness -Feeling like low bp after taking ajwain, beetroot juice or ashwagandha This is something we should not ignore But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊 ▪️Why is this happening? ➖Ajwain- -It is heating in sharp -This can stimulate increase in circulation Leading to transient bp drop feeling ➖Beetroot juice -It is naturally a vasodilator that means it slightly lowers the BP -So in some it can cause bp drop causing dizziness ➖Ashwagandha This can reduce stress and BP So can cause heaviness, low appetite ▪️What to do now? ➖Avoid or reduce your triggers -Stop taking beetroot juice daily -Do not take ajwain in large quantity -consume ashwagandha only in small dose ➖Consuming correctly -Do not take it on empty stomach -Always consume it after your food -also have it with warm water or ghee ➖For immediate Relief You can take warm water as you felt better with it Or you can take warm water with small pinch of salt and sugar If you feel too dizzy you can take Ksheerbala capsule 1 capsule twice daily after food ➖Diet plan Include -Have warm freshly prepared food -ghee in small quantity -have meals at regular timing Avoid -Too fasting -Raw foods or salad Also check once Bloodpressure in standing and sitting And also hemoglobin levels With small changes, you will definately feel better Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Hello, Your symptoms are not uncommon - what you’ve describing fits a pattern of sudden Bp drop + mild vagal response + digestive sensitivity, especially with substances that are heating, vasodilation, or adaptogenic like ajwain, beetroot juice, and ashwagandha From an Ayurvedic view, this is less about poor gut health and more about Likely causes -Vata imbalance (prana+vyana vayu)-> dizziness, Bp fluctuation -Tikshnaa but unstable agni-> reacts strongly to certain dravya -Rakta and circulation sensitivity-> beetroot+ ashwagandha can lower Bp -Heating substances on empty stomach Ajwain + warm potency + beetroot (vasodilator) + ashwagandha (adaptogen)= sudden drop in pressure + lightheadedness Management 1) Avoid triggers (important) -avoid ajwain water empty stomach -avoid beetroot juice daily or in large quantity -take ashwagandha only after meals, not empty stomach 2) Stabilize agni (not increase aggressively) Use mild, grounding approach not strong deepana-pachana Morning -warm water + small piece of ginger + pinch rock salt Before meals -few drops lemon + pinch cumin powder Internal medications 1) Dashmoolarishta= 15ml + equal water after meals twice =stabilizes vata, circulation, nervous response 2) Jeerakarishtam= 15ml + equal water after meals twice =improves digestion without overheating For dizziness /Bp dip tendency -Ashwagandharishtam= 15ml + warm water after meals twice =supports adaptation without sudden drop -Dhanwantaram gulika= 1 tab after meals =weakness Diet corrections -Never take these on empty stomach -Prefer= warm, slight oily food ghee helpful, small frequent meals Avoid= excess raw juices, fasting+ strong herbs together Lifestyle -avoid sudden standing prevents Bp drop Practice -slow breathing anulom vilom -early sleep vata stabilization If oxygen level drop is real before ~94 % or symptoms worsen-> rule out medical causes This is functional sensitivty, not serious disease -Your symptoms is reactive, not weak -focus on stabilizing, not stimulating digestion -avoid empty stomach + strong herbs DO follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Condition which you describe above about your discomfort is due to imbalance of vara and Agni specifically a state of irregular digestion The uncomfortable feeling and low appetite suggests that your digestive fire is not strong enough to process concentrated substance like beetroot juice heavy Herb like ashwagandha Dizziness and the feeling of BP or oxygen level dropping pointing towards the aggravation of water that’s why a warm tea or water bring you to normal I strongly suggest you to stop taking Ashwagandha and beetroot juice on an empty stomach Instead of plain ajwain or raw juice you should use dry ginger or small Pinch of saindhav Lavan With warm water before meal You can take chitrakadi Vati aur Ginger lemon honey tea 15 minutes before food I also suggest you to please check your blood pressure and hemoglobin level to rule out any Complications

This is not primarily due to poor gut health or low digestive fire (your digestion is reported as good). It appears to be individual sensitivity: Beetroot juice naturally lowers blood pressure. Ashwagandha can lower BP and cause dizziness in some people, especially on empty stomach. Ajwain is sharp and pungent; it can temporarily disturb circulation or cause discomfort if taken alone. ✓Immediate Steps Stop beetroot juice and ashwagandha for 7–10 days. Reduce ajwain to very small amounts or take only with food. When discomfort occurs, sip warm water or ginger tea – this is already helping you. ✓Safer Alternatives (if needed) For general strength: Take Ashwagandha only with warm milk + a pinch of ghee or after meals (start with 250 mg once daily). For digestion: Use Hingwashtak Churna ¼ tsp with meals instead of plain ajwain. ✓Diet Tips Take all strong herbs/spices with food, not empty stomach. Include warm, light meals with ghee. Avoid taking juices or powders alone. Important ✓Monitor your blood pressure regularly. If dizziness or low BP feeling persists, consult a physician to rule out any underlying issue. Do not restart the same items without guidance. Regards Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma

Yes, this is mostly due to weak digestion (low Agni) and sensitive gut, not oxygen problem. Ajwain, beetroot juice, and Ashwagandha can lower BP or slow digestion in some people If your Agni is low, they cause heaviness low appetite weakness / uneasy feeling Warm water or tea helps because it improves Agni and circulation, so you feel normal again Conclusion More likely low digestive fire + gut sensitivity Not a serious oxygen issue

If you are having problems after taking beetroot juice. Ajwain better to take after food not empty stomach. Ashwagandha is ayurvedic medicine should not self medicate, Take ayurvedic doctors opinion before taking such medicines. Ashwagandha if you have been advised, then take after dinner with water. Take chyavanprash 2tsp once daily after breakfast with water, - this will help improve immunity, and strength.
