What is causing my flank pain when lying down for 4 months and how can I treat it? - #53366

I have flank pain which occur in dependent side when I lie down,since 4 months, I don't have other respiratory related symptoms, as mentioned in ayurveda books, we correlate Parshvashool with plurisy. So, what can it be, which medication I can take, also I'm BP cholesterol patient.
