Sharir mein sujan (swelling) aur gas ye darshata hai ki aapka liver toxins (Aam) ko thik se filter nahi kar pa raha hai. ​Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy ki medicines ke saath yahan ek sankshipt (short) treatment plan hai: ​Ayurvedic Medicines 1. ​Liposem Tablet: Ye fatty liver aur cholesterol ko kam karne ke liye sabse prabhavi hai. ​Dose: 2 tablet din mein do baar, khana khane ke baad. 2. ​Hepudrain Syrup: Liver ko detoxify karne aur pachan sudharne ke liye. ​Dose: 15ml syrup ko aadhe cup gungune paani mein milakar din mein do baar khali pet lein. 3. ​Gas-O-Sip: Persistent gas aur bloating ke liye turant rahat deta hai. ​Dose: Ek sachet ko ek cup garam paani mein milakar tea ki tarah piyein, jab bhi gas mehsoos ho. 4. ​Punarnavadi Kwath: Sharir aur chehre ki sujan (swelling) ko kam karne ke liye. ​Dose: 15ml kwath ko 60ml uble hue gungune paani mein milakar subah aur shaam ko lein. ​ ​Aahar (Diet): Tel-masala, maida aur bahar ka khana bilkul band kar dein. Aapki problem me fatty liver ke saath digestion weak ho gaya hai, jiski wajah se gas, sujan aur body pain ho raha hai. Isme liver aur metabolism dono ko improve karna zaroori hai. Khana halka aur garam lein. Tel, fried, meetha aur packaged food avoid karein. Raat ka khana halka aur jaldi lein. Din me thoda walk zaroor karein. Pani gुनगुना piyen. Ghar par subah gुनगुना paani me thoda nimbu le sakti hain. Din me ek baar jeera-dhaniya pani lein. Khane ke baad thoda ajwain lena bhi faydemand rahega. Arogyavardhini vati – 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food Liv 52 tablet – 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food Hingwashtak churna (tablet form) – 1 tablet din me 2 baar after food Yeh liver ko support karega, gas kam karega aur digestion improve karega. Hello, For fatty liver and the symptoms you have listed the following ayurveda medicines with appropriate diet-lifestyle changes which are very much necessary. 1. Patola Katurohinyadi kashayam tablets 2----0-----2 45 minutes after breakfast and 45 minutes after dinner with a cup of boiled warm water(Please d not take anything before and after 45 minutes) For 120 days. 2. Punarnava Madoora 1----0----1 after breakfast and after dinner with a cup of boiled warm water. For 90 days. 3. Avipthaikara churnam 1 tsp at bed time with boiled warm water for 45 days. Diet- 1. Avoid tea, coffee, aerated drinks completely for 120 days. 2. Avoid meat completely. 3. Avoid oily-spicy food for 120 days. 4. Drink 2 liters of water boiled with cumin water 5. Soak one teaspoon of methi over night in one cup of boiled cooled water;drink this water as a first thing in the morning. 6. For dinner- Eat raw salad. Lifestyle- 1.
