Aapke symptoms ek dusre se connected lag rahe hain: chronic constipation + gas + incomplete bowel emptying + stress + light sleep. Ayurveda ke hisaab se ye aksar Vata imbalance, kabhi-kabhi Ama (undigested toxins) aur gut motility slow hone se hota hai. Jab pet saaf nahi hota, bloating, headache, heaviness, sinus/nose block aur body pain bhi badh sakte hain. For constipation Triphala Churna Start 3 grams (about ½–1 tsp) at bedtime with warm water. If no relief after 3–4 days, can increase gradually to 5 grams nightly if tolerated. OR Isabgol (Psyllium Husk) 1–2 teaspoons in a full glass of water at bedtime. 2. For gas / bloating Hingvastak Churna 1–2 grams after meals with warm water or mixed with first bite of food, twice daily. 3. If acidity + constipation both present Avipattikar Churna 3 grams at bedtime with warm water. Avoid / reduce: Excess tea, biscuits, bakery Fried food Heavy dinner Late-night eating Too much raw salad at night

Diet me fiber badhayein – sabzi, fruits, thoda ghee include karein. Avoid karein: dry food, fast food, bakery, zyada chai Ghar par: Raat ko sone se pehle 1 tsp ghee garam doodh me le sakte hain Ya garam paani bhi le sakte hain Triphala tablet – 1 tablet raat ko sone se pehle Hingwashtak churna – ½ teaspoon first bite ke saath din me 2 baar Avipattikar tablet – 1 tablet before dinner Yeh bowel ko regular karega, gas kam karega aur nose blockage aur body pain bhi gradually reduce honge.
