Virechana ke baad agar sansarjan krama (diet sequence) properly follow na ho, to pet me garmi, indigestion aur bar-bar motion ho sakta hai. Yeh temporary imbalance hai, theek ho sakta hai. Abhi sabse important hai pet ko rest dena aur diet sahi karna. Diet: 2–3 din ke liye sirf light food lein Moong dal ki patli khichdi, rice water (kanji), soft rice Dairy (milk, curd) filhaal avoid karein Spicy, oily, fried bilkul band karein Garam paani chhote chhote sip me lete rahein Ghar par: Thoda sa dhaniya (coriander) water le sakte hain (cooling) Jeera water bhi digestion ko support karega Musta churna – ½ teaspoon twice daily with warm water Kutajghan vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Sutshekhar Ras – 1 tablet twice daily after food Yeh garmi kam karega, loose motion control karega aur digestion ko normal karega. 2–3 din me dheere dheere diet normal karein, jaldi heavy food par na jayein.
