Hi dear, did any recent transition happened in your academic set up? a new curriculam or or you are going through some kind of stress? it is also possible when your body is not getting enough rest or sufficient nutrition. go for a CBC, Hb,FBS. these are very basic tests but necessary to understand the cause. do you feel weakness, fatigue or sick? is your bowel habits regular? is there any hairfall, cracking of nails, skin issues, if you are a women please mention your menstrual history also. you can take neurogrit or the medicine mentioned above 1 tab twice daily b/f. brahmi will improve your focus, reduce anxiety, stress and improve sleep . but do go for these tests as it will give as an idea of your general health and any possible causes of this symptoms

Memorygrit (Patanjali) can be used at your age, but your main issue is sleep + stress, not lack of medicine. First correct basics (very important): Sleep at least 7–8 hours (this alone improves memory a lot) Reduce phone use at night Do some daily mental activity (reading, puzzles) How to take Memorygrit: 1 tablet twice daily after food (morning & evening) Take for 4–6 weeks, then review Support naturally: Soaked almonds (5 daily) Brahmi or simple meditation / deep breathing Important: If sleep remains <5 hours, no supplement will give full benefit No need to combine many medicines right now. Memorygrit (Patanjali) ek Ayurvedic brain tonic hai jo yaadash, concentration aur mental stress ko improve karne ke liye use kiya jata hai. Isme aam taur par Brahmi, Shankhpushpi, Ashwagandha jaise medhya dravya hote hain. Kya aap (19 saal) use kar sakte ho? Haan, generally 19 saal ki age me le sakte ho agar: Bhoolne ki problem ho Padhai me concentration kam ho Stress ya anxiety ho Agar aap bilkul healthy ho aur koi problem nahi hai, to daily medicine lena zaroori nahi hota.
