Overweight is mainly due to kapha+meda vriddhi with slow metabolism (manda agni). Your Main issue is low activity+ No proper diet follow. RX- Medohar gugglu 2 tablets twice daily after meal With warm water. Trikatu churna 1/2 tsp before meals with honey. Dashmool churna with triphala kwath 20 ml empty stomach in morning. Advice:- ✔️ Take: Warm water whole day Barley (yava), millet, moong dal Light, home-cooked food ❌ Avoid: Sugar, bakery, fried food Cold drinks, curd at night Heavy dinner 👉 Simple rule: Eat 70% of your hunger Lifestyle 🧬 Exercise (minimum): Brisk walking 30–40 min daily after meal. Best: Add Surya Namaskar (5–12 rounds daily) at early morning with yoga anulom vilom. Avoid day sleep (divaswapna) From this medicines and lifestyle changes expected results will see in 2 months. And without diet and exercise results will come very slow , only medicine taken is not sufficient. 👉 After medicine stop if lifestyle pr diet not corrected than weight regain.
